Senita is located close to the future downtown district of Maricopa. There are entrances to the subdivision from both Honeycutt Rd and Maricopa-Casa Grande Highway which makes it convenient for access to shopping and entertainment. The subdivision is divided by the Santa Rosa Wash and as such has two different entrances from both Honeycutt Rd and Maricopa-Casa Grande Highway, one on the east side of the wash and one on the west side of the wash.
There are numerous greenbelts throughout the subdivision as well as tot lots for children which add to the family friendly feel of the neighborhood. Homes to the west of the Santa Rosa Wash are serviced by Butterfield Elementary School which is located across the street from the entrance on Honeycutt Rd. Homes to the east of the Santa Rosa wash are serviced by Saddleback Elementary School which is conveniently located in the nearby Subdivision of Glennwilde.
Electric Service in Senita is provided by Electric District #3, water service is provided by Global Water, and basic cable is provided through an HOA contract with Orbitel Communications. Trash Service is available from Waste Management. Natural Gas service is not available in Senita.
